Flat Rate Shipping Costs

Our flat rate shipping costs are based on metro locations and the weight of your order, starting at $11.95.

Please note Regional/Remote areas are subject to additional costs depending on the location, kindly reach out to us for a quote if you are unsure.

Shipping Time

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. However in most cases, orders are shipped within 2 - 3 business days of the order being placed and will arrive within 5 - 10 business days.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-3 business days from the date of your order. We will send you the tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within five business days of your order, please follow up with us at info@luxependantlighting.com.au.

Damages & Returns:

All products sold by Luxe Pendant Lighting are covered by a 12 month guarantee against damages and hidden defects, provided by our suppliers.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it at the time of delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send details and photos to info@luxependantlighting.com.au and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy on eligible items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note for change of mind returns, the following applies:

  • No Returns will be accepted, under any circumstances, without the ORIGINAL packaging. There are no exceptions to this.
  • A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to all products accepted on the basis of change-of-mind, and where the merchandise is found to be in as-new condition on return.
  • Customers are deemed to have accepted all products in accordance with their Order, unless the customer notifies in writing within 7 days of receipt of products.
  • For Change-of-mind returns, the customer is liable for all freight charges.
  • No Change-of-mind returns will be accepted on SALE items, these are final once placed.
  • No Returns will be accepted on any bespoke manufactured Lampshade or pendant Orders.
  • No Returns will be accepted on any installed items.
  • No Returns will be accepted on any Indent orders.

Please see below exceptions for the following brands:

    • Cafe & Lighting - We do not accept returns on change of mind purchases. It is the customers responsibility to ensure products are suitable for their desired space.
    • Gypset Cargo - We do not accept returns on change of mind purchases. All goods must be inspected within 24 hours of collection or delivery. Any claims for damage or any other discrepancies like quality issues or short deliveries must be raised during this time in order to rectify these as soon as possible. Claims will not be accepted beyond 24 hours of the goods being delivered.
    • G&G Bros We do not accept returns on change of mind purchases. It is the customers responsibility to ensure products are suitable for their desired space.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Cancellation & Refunds:

    If you wish to cancel an order please email us at info@luxependantlighting.com.au as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed, we will cancel the order free of charge. However, if it has been processed or shipped, you will be charged for the cost of purchase.

    We will notify you once we’ve confirmed the cancellation. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you still haven't received your funds, please contact us at info@luxependantlighting.com.au.
